Registration for 2018-2019 is open to all players who meet the eligibility requirements below:


Pre-register each child and/or yourself at our new Blue Sombrero site, URL   Make sure you are on the site for Region 292. Pre-registering will save both you and the Registration Team time. Please follow the instructions on the website.
Come to our registration on the days listed above. Please bring the following items with you:
(2) Copies of the Registration Form from the Blue Sombrero website. Please sign / date each copy and initial where appropriate.
(1) Copy of the Concussion Form.


Your child's Birth Certificate if he/she has not played in our region before. This is for age verification only and will only need to be shown at the time of registration.
Appropriate payment, which is due at registration. We accept cash and personal checks. Checks should be made out to “Danville AYSO”. Credit card payment accepted for pre-registration ONLINE ONLY.

Player(s) withdrawing prior to the sanctioned start of practice will be issued a refund of the Regional fee minus a $17.50 non-refundable National fee. Once a player(s) actively participates in the soccer season (stepped on a field of play), no refunds will be issued.


Uniform Costs: Refundable only if never worn or laundered. Decision of responsible Board of Director member as to whether items meet never worn/laundered criteria is final.

All refund requests must be submitted to the Board of Directors in writing (email acceptable).

NO, Only Coaches and Assistant Coaches are allowed to have their own children on their team. A Coach may choose ONE Team Parent, and ONE Certified Referee for their team. All other children are assigned randomly to achieve a fair balance of players based on age and ability. No other special arrangements will be made. Requests for friends, neighbors, etc. will not be honored.

Danville AYSO operates under an Open Registration Policy. The best time to register is at one of our specified registration events.  After that time, you will be placed on the waiting list.  If space is available, you will be contacted by our registrar with instructions on how to proceed. YES, siblings will be placed on the same team at your request. The siblings must be in the same Division or one child may "play up" with approval from the RC. Please fill in the siblings’ name on each registration form. Please do not assume that siblings will be placed on the same team without your request.

YES, You may request that your child moves upto the next division, but you cannot request that your child move down to play in a younger division. You must make this request at Registration. The player must be approved by the Regional Commissioner. Requests made after registration may not be honored.

Due to team balancing and fair play, the only requests honored will be for siblings. However, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Referees will have their own children placed on their team.
